We provide a range of Hose assemblies to suit a variety of industrial and hygienic applications including:

We have the capabilities to supply our hoses in cut lengths or indeed swaged with your required connection type or clamped from our vast selection of clamp types such as Jubilee Clips or Mikalor Clamps for example.

Peristaltic Pump Fittings & Adaptators

To complement the hose assemblies we can also supply the affiliated fittings and adaptors to fit your hose or pump system. We can supply these in Brass, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Nylon & Glass Reinforced PP (Polyglass). Fitting & Adaptor types available, but not limited to, are as follows:
  1. CAM Locks, IBC & Drum Fittings
  2. BSP / NPT M Threaded Fittings
  3. Hygienic – (RJT, Tri-Clamp, SMS etc…)
  4. ANSI / DIN Flanges & Universal Flange Adaptors
  5. Expansion Bellows, Expansion Joints & Anti-Vibration Couplings
  6. Quick Release & Dry Break Couplings
 

Hose Options per Application

  • Natural Rubber (NR): High abrasion resistance, can be used with a wide range of applications
  • NR Food: Ideal for the Food Industry, the hose is FDA approved abd CE 1935-2004 certified
  • Nitrile Buna (NBR): Ideal for greases, oils and polymers.
  • NBR Food: Ideal for the food industry as it is CE 1935-2004 certified and FDA approved
  • Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM): Ideal for applications requiring a high chemical resistance
  • Hypalon/Synthetic Rubber: Ideal for liquids such as chromic, nitric, sulfuric, sodium hypochlorite and sulfuric acid, requiring a hose with a high chemical resistance
  • Viton/FKM: Ideal for fluids such as petrol, lubricants, fuel and solvents requiring a high chemical resistance, as well as applications operating at high temperatures
We can also provide CAM locks available in Aluminium, Brass, Stainless Steel AISI 316 and Polyglass. They provide hose assemblies to be connected to pumps without risk of leakage.
